    In my opinion, this is one of the best Sinatra sets ever released. Many of the songs are a tad on the unfamiliar side, yet every one is a winner. The flow the project, from song to song, is wonderful, and the sound is clear and crisp and wonderful. I love Sinatra and have all the original albums and many other compilations. At first I thought I would avoid this one, but then opted to purchase it. I am so glad I did. Simply put, this collection of songs is superb!

    What can I say, I love Sinatra, even when he sings Ole McDonalds Farm, I bought this cd for myself and also for a couple of friends who also love Frank.
    The album is well put together, and the songs are perfect. I love the picture on the back cover. Frank and Ava (Gardner) walking on the Miami beach on their honeymoom. PERFECT!!!
    Over all Sinatra doesn't get any better than this.

    Sintra could sing the phone book and it would be better than 96% of all singers.

    And this set was good but just not great. I knew most of the songs and was hoping to hear a new favorite song that I had either forgotton about or had never heard.

    Alas - there was no such song here. Vocals are very good to great - music was as well.

    I would rate this a 8.5 to 8.75 out of 10 - very good but just short of great. recommend for Sintra fans and anyone who just like good music!

    A glorious collection of romantic performances by the Chairman. Some Sinatra aficionados, including me, think that much of Sinatra's very best work is on what he variously called "saloon" or "suicide" songs--e.g., "I Get Along W/o You Very Well," "Angel Eyes," "Drinking Again," etc. But for somewhat lighter, but just a beautiful lyrics, melodies, and performances, the tracks on this album include a very nice selection of them.

Although most of the tracks are on various other Sinatra CD 's ...except the last track, an up tempo version of "My Foolish Heart".It's arranged by Billy May,and I don't think it's on any Sinatra album except the box set of The Reprise Studio Recordings.That cut alone is worth the price of the CD.
