I finally squeezed my wallet tight enough to snag Led Zeppelin I and III. I’ve been looking for years at thrift stores and swap meets but never landed either one so GD it I just bought them new and they’re beautiful!

    Sounds very good, great separation, For some reason though , Atlantic has issues with warped LPS, 180 gram, 50 gram, 10 gram, whatever, it doesn't matter,l if the LP is warped. It needs to be flat to play correctly, and track best. I see a lot of new, and old Atlantic LPS, that are warped , to various degrees ( eg..AC \DC "HIghway to Hell" pressings ) So if you can get one that is not warped, its a good deal.

    Nice remaster to a legendary classic rock album! I remember the first Zeppelin song I ever learned on guitar was 'Good Times Bad Times'... then it was 'Communication Breakdown' with a few of my friends in our newly formed rock band back in the early 80s. The response from people when we played those live was always amazing and this album will always remind me of those great memories.

    This review is about the CD version, ripped to FLAC, and played on a hi-res system. Question: Are these copies better sounding than the previous ones? Look no more, the answer is YES. This remaster is absolutely better than those that came before it. I was getting a lot of mixed messages about that, so I bought this CD (Zep 1) to see what the deal is before I invested in updating all old copies of my Led Zeppelin CDs. I will be updating those old copies! If you can't hear a difference, it may be your stereo system or speakers. Be rest assured, it's not the CD.
