USA Today Bestselling Author, K.K. Allen, takes readers on a deeply romantic and extraordinarily suspenseful adventure in a contemporary fantasy series based on a young woman learning the true nature of her bloodline and the enchanting world that awaits her.

Katrina Summer knows she’s different. Her fiery temper seems to perpetually land her in hot water, making her an outcast among her peers. When tragedy strikes and she’s sent to live with her only remaining family in the tiny coastal town of Apollo Beach, Katrina starts counting down the days until her eighteenth birthday.

Only then will she finally be free.

As Katrina learns the legends of her Ancient Greek ancestors, secrets from her heritage are exposed—secrets that her mother purposefully concealed. Her only solace is found in Alec Stone, the gorgeous guy next door. With his devastatingly charming smile, his persistent flirtation, and a love that sparks from the flames of friendship, he offers her a much-needed escape from the turmoil.

If only she wasn’t cursed.

As powerful forces threaten the lives in Apollo Beach, Katrina can’t escape the evocative world of mythological enchantment and evil prophecies that lurk around every corner.

CURSED is Book 1 in the all-new ENCHANTED GODS series. Readers beware, the steam level increases with each book in this trilogy.

The heroine with the tortured soul? She's here! The destiny that will inevitably end in death or destruction! Well I don't have that answer yet because well I'm guessing that happens in book two or three. Before hopefully our amazing author saves us all, at least I hope I have so many wild theories racing in my head. But there is Greek Mythology, history, secret islands and we aren't in the past, we aren't in the clouds we are here now! Which makes this even better.I just want to spill so much its so good! So I won't spoil but will definitely recommend it so get it read you will enjoy it. I've always loved K.K. Allen’s contemporary romance stories. She's wonderful at bringing her characters to life and pulling you into the story. Her foray into fantasy with the Enchanted Gods trilogy is no different. This story is captivating, pulling you in from the first page. You can't help but like Katrina, and root for her as she faces situations out of her control in a brand new world, combining elements of mythologies and fantasy interspersed with magic.

As the story unfolds Katrina learns the truth about this strange world, its people and most of all herself. With each revelation the danger to her increases. This is a story full of twists and turns, and what I can already tell is the beginning of an epic series. The story has several layers to it and a cast of interesting and charismatic characters. Without spoiling anything, I will say that I am very excited with where the story seems to be heading and I cannot wait for the next book to come out.

The world that K.K. Allen has crafted is intricately crafted and every detail is imperative to the plot. I jumped into this read completely blind and I was not expecting to be swept in so completely. I feel like I’ve been on a huge adventure, and after that shocking ending, I cannot wait to see where she takes us to in the next book. I absolutely cannot wait to see where this story goes. I am already eager for more and can not wait to dive back into this world.

Holy wow, if this is fantasy then sign me up! I can take or leave new adult and fantasy, but this crafty, talented storyteller has made me a fan. Fascinating, intriguing and enthralling don’t even begin to describe this story!

Just before her eighteenth birthday, Katrina Summer goes to live with her grandmother in the small costal town of Apollo Beach. She soon learns that not only is her grandmother a very influential person in the small community, but there's much more to her than meets the eye. Apparently there's much Katrina needs to learn about herself, as well, but she's quite a reluctant student.

OMGee, this one bewitched me from the beginning! I couldn’t put it down and devoured it quickly. Yes, for all the anti-cliffie readers, this is a true part one of the trilogy and each book will build on the last. But I’m all in now and have to learn more!

How will Katrina learn and grow in her abilities? I need to know what's up with the mysterious, broody Johnny Pierce, but I’m a little skeert to learn more. Is there more to Alec Stone than meets the eye, or is he really just a teenage boy who might be falling for our shero? I can’t wait for the rest of this trilogy and, fantasy reader or not, you'll love every minute of this captivating, exciting, phenomenal read!

This writer has made my dreams come true by returning to her roots in fantasy, bring it to a whole new level.

Cursed is a first in series, and while it has very little spice, rumor has it the spice accelerates in the coming books. (I’m just saying this because while this book is certainly safe for YA readers, the rest will dive into New Adult territory)

As always, these characters pull you in and make you a part of their world.

Kat is our MC, a teenager with a few issues (let’s be real, don’t they all? This is life in writing) we get hints at maturity, but at the end of the day she is 17/18 years old. And then you through out-of-control magic at her and it’s a powder keg with a lit fuse.

Rose, Kay’s grandmother is a bit of an enigma. We learn about her right along with Kat, with the help of her companion, Charlotte (who manages this angsty teen with the grace of a saint)

There is subtle hints of mystery throughout the narrative which I feel will expand and grow as the story blooms.

Then there’s Alec & Johnny… these are two very different young men. It isn’t a love triangle, but there is definitely something being set up here as they contrast so much from each other.

I’m so excited to dig more into this series!!!

This is nearly a first for me, I don’t usually read fantasy, paranormal or shifters. I read this as part of the Spring challenge. It is an interesting book and because of my curiosity will probably continue the series. Kat is as determined of a young woman as her grandmother, Rose, is an elder. Their dynamic is good. I was constantly wondering who is the good and who is the evil, still wondering. Which makes for great story telling.

First off I will say I do not normally read this genre. I had a high hope that it would be amazing after seeing tons of teaser shares around social media.

I was a little disappointed with the story overall. I felt that it was very bland and did not get me excited and turning the pages to know more.

It ends in mystery since we still have 2 more books to go. While I did not care for Cursed I will still give Fated a chance and see where the rest of the series goes.

This was such a good book, intrigue, action, twist and turns everywhere. I really like Katrina, my heart breaks for her early on in the story. I love the premise of this book, I have not read alot of books with Greek Mythology elements in it. Right away I both like and dislike Johnny, yes he is acting like a jerk but deep down I know who he will end up being to Kat. I really like Alec but there is no chemistry between them, I feel like they will become great friends. Rose and Charlotte both are so happy to have Kat with them but they are hiding all kinds of information from Kat. Of course there are the jealous, mean girls, Iris and Ava. The ending has alot of action and drama and a precious item is lost. I can’t wait to start the next book.

I mean WOW!! I loved this book so much!! I don't normally read fantasy as not a lot are up to my liking, but this was absolutely amazing! It started off a little slow for me, but when I reached halfway through it, everything became so intense and I couldn't put it down!

This is the first book of the Enchanted Gods series and it follows the journey of Kat, who loses her mom in an unfortunate incident and goes to live with her grandma in Apollo Beach. She then discovers some strange things that are happening to her and on her 18th birthday, finds out why exactly these things were happening to her.

I thoroughly enjoyed each of the characters and can't wait to learn more about them in book 2 and 3. I love Greek mythology so I love all the references to it. The description of the places was absolutely phenomenal. I mean, who wouldn't want to live in a place like Apollo Beach.

Overall, it's an amazing YA/NA fantasy and I definitely recommend it.

What an absolutely brilliant book this was. I devoured every single word written, and was not ready for it to end. So much happens in such a short time, so much information to take in, and sooo many questions. And I'm sure there are a few sheep in wolves clothing, which I'm really hoping a certain character is one of those.

Im Intrigued to see where KK takes this series, and I cannot wait until we get the next book.
