I laughed, I cried, I balked, I melted, and I felt so much. I felt everything! I can't be left in an emotional mess like this. I can't not know if my dark-haired and dark-eyed, broody but beautiful prince gets his princess. My heart needs the right hero. I must know how this soul-slaying saga ends. I need the last London Prep book now.
A top 2020 read and series that is YA romance perfection!" - Bookalicious Babes Blog
★★★★★ "I cannot wait to see which young suitor wins her heart, both are deserving, but only one can be the true keeper of it. Watching Mallory go back and forth between the two and try to keep her feelings straight for the both of them has been downright torturous for me. Just when I think she has things figured out, something comes up and stirs the drama up again. This has been such a wonderful little escape for me, nothing is more captivating than a dramatic little love triangle, each page has brought lots of heart-squeezing drama and tension filled interactions... I cannot wait to see how it all ends!! Highly recommend this one, once your eyes hit the words you won't be able to pry them away!" -Red Hot Romance
★★★★★ "There is a whole lot packed over a week's time, which how long this story takes place for, and now I'm exhausted. It's an emotional roller coaster ride of intense angst, tons of heat, and even a twist or two. My emotions ended up all over the place which is the very best kind of story isn't it?!" -Jennifer Pierson
★★★★★ "Mallory is an amazing character who has different type of relationship of each of the main guys. I love this series and I just get so excited talking or thinking about this series. It is a must read." -Swoonworthy Books
★★★★★ "Mallory is caught between feelings for two different boys and you can empathize with how much this weighs on her." -The Smutbrarians
★★★★★ "My emotions have been up and down as Mallory's life is full of drama knowing she has two weeks left. She follows her heart but it's pulled in two different directions. I love the drama and tender moments with each of the guys." -Robin Powers
★★★★ "This was a bit more angsty than the first way, but in the best way! I've said it once, and I'll say it again- Jillian Dodd writes the best high school drama! This book left me wanting more and I am sooooo excited to get to the next installment! #TeamNoah" -Christy
★★★★★ "OMG!!! If you thought book one was a cliffhanger, just you wait for book 2! So good!!! I love all the boys and I love how Mallory opens up in the book! I wish Helen was my mom because she is just the sweetest too. And Noah, oh man, where do I begin?? I love Harry, but Noah is just, I'm speechless. Loved this book, can't wait for book 3!!!" - Kayla
★★★★ "If you enjoy angsty, dramatic, YA romances -- I highly recommend. You'll get all the drama and page turning angst you can handle. All laced with the sweet feelings of first loves and new experiences." - Frantic4Romantic

- Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2021The unsung hero of this series is truly the friendship between Harry, Noah, and Mohammad. I love Mal but the way the boys support each other makes my heart soar. The tension between Noah and Mal in this book is fire. It's insane how in one moment I'm swooning over sweet and sexy Harry and the next I'm wondering how she's not with Noah when their tension is palpable. If you like teen dramas, great friendships, hot boys, and a good love triangle, you'll love this series!!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2024UHGGGGG i love this series so much. Throughout the book until the end it felt like noah and harry were lovers 😭😭 i love their friendship though it’s so knowingly they are all so close the boys. I CANT BELIEVE YOU LEFT US THERE JILLIAN. Also mohammad needs to chillax on the olivia and sex front it’s not a race i love you king.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 2, 2020Y'all, I have impatiently been waiting for the next book in the London Prep Series since the moment book one left me with that hangover- in typical, Jillian Dodd fashion.
This story picks up right where Book One ends. I love how the story is written with the days and times. It's almost like a diary.
This book really dives into Harry and Mallory new relationship, but there are a lot more emotions involved with others. You see more of Mallory unsure of their relationship, discover new friendships, and utter confusion with Noah.
There is no way to right a full review without spoiling it for others. Therefore, I won't go in to much in the plot line. I will however tell you that Noah continues to steal my heart. He's so complex, but his values are rock solid. In fact, I pray my daughter falls head over heels for a "Noah" one day WAY in the future.
The ending of Book Two is another cliffhanger, but one that will leave you praying for a Book Three release sooner rather than later!
- Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2024I absolutely cannot with the FMC. She is intolerable to say the least. She chastises Noah for flirting with her but turns around and does the same, making inappropriate comments etc and she's not oblivious to what she's doing, otherwise she wouldn't feel guilty. I have to keep reminding myself she is 16, but even then I feel like I'm giving her too much grace because her behavior is reminiscent of pre-pubescent teen. Keep in mind, we are only 2 weeks into this exchange. 14 days! It just doesn't feel believable. She acts like a jealous girlfriend with Noah but proclaim to like Harry so much. It's called selfish, and it's not a cute look. Even on a 16 year old. She knows he is attracted to her, book 1 ended with him making that explicitly clear, yet you want to pretend things are just friendly. And is Harry just blind that he doesn't see it?? I also HATE how she projects her beliefs on how things should be on to others and pushes things. Ie. Harry not wanting a relationship with his parents.
I'm just not buying any of this conflicted emotion that is quasi attempting to be portrayed. And her mock shock over anything sexual but you're ready to lose your v-card after a week to a guy you just met?? Her character's depth compared to the boys, especially Noah, I just honestly have to question what either of them sees in her.
Character aside, the writing is good and I'd like to continue the series but if Mallory doesn't quit being so annoying, intrusive and obtuse, I'm just going to have to let this one go.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2024Just as riveting as the first, just as similarly has me captivated enough to devour in a single sitting before rushing to get the next. I think I may have found a new favorite series.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2020I have such mixed emotions about this book.... I did love it don't get me wrong. However, I like Mallory and Harry together, he is fun and exciting but there is just the sizzling connection between Mallory and Noah.... And while I like Harry I feel like Mallory should be with Noah.... I'm so ready to find out about the conclusion to this story.... How do u think it will end will Mallory be with Harry or Noah ?
- Reviewed in the United States on March 21, 2023Mallory had a lot to think about in this book. I’m happy she’s in a good place but I feel like there will be a shake up in the next book. What is she going to do though as she only has 1 week left of her exchange- 🤔
- Reviewed in the United States on June 1, 2020I read London Prep Book 1 and absolutely loved it! Immediately preordered Book 2 and I didn’t think it could, but it topped Book 1... so so good! The London Prep series is the perfect light hearted, young romance novel to get lost in. Jillian Dodd does such a tremendous job with descriptive character personalities and setting the scene. It’s easy to fall in love with this series. Can’t wait for Book 3!
