Molly grew up in California but now lives with her husband and daughter in the oh-so-amazing state of Texas. When she's not diving into the world of her characters, some of her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and long walks on the beach . . . which roughly translates to being a homebody and dishing out movie quotes with her hubby. She has a weakness for crude-humored movies and loves curling up in a fluffy blanket during a thunderstorm . . . or under one in a bathtub if there are tornados. That way she can pretend they aren't really happening.

My anticipation was insanely real with this book. I fell in love with Conor the moment I was introduced to the Rebel series and I truly couldn’t be happier that his riveting story is what brought it all to a close.

After reading Lyric and Lock, I thought I already knew even the slightest bit of what I was getting myself into with this one. But apparently, I had no idea just how much more heart-stopping and jaw-dropping it could all be. Limit was so breathtakingly gripping and intense as hell, I couldn’t tear myself away from it. From start to finish, I was on high alert, on the edge of my seat, holding my breath and clutching the sheets like there’s no tomorrow.

Conor loved the same way he did everything else—affectionately… powerfully. Shows of strength woven in gentle touches and brushes of his lips.

Conor Kennedy is known as the protector of his crew—a man who’d lay his life down for the people he considered his family without any hesitation. But even though he was this brooding brick wall of a man so intense, he bordered on terrifying, Conor was ultimately a gentle giant—one with the biggest and kindest of hearts. I mean, just ask Sutton’s little girl, Lexi. She even called him Prince Charming.

“Why do I have a crown?” And why the hell was my entire face a smile?
“Because you’re Prince Charming.”

Sutton Larson has been running scared the moment she married her husband. Fearful, cautious and untrusting, all she ever wanted was to keep her daughter safe and shielded from every fucked up game he loved to play. The thing is, everything she came to believe in her life was about to get shattered. And she’s going to realize just how oblivious she really was for the past seven years, living with a man she thought she knew well enough.

“Can you be scared of someone and love them at the same time?”

And Lexi... dear god, the girl was smart as a whip and sweet as candy. With her buoyant spirits and her remarkable instincts, she’s just a kid you’ll fall instantly in love with. Especially once you witness how in tune she was with her mom and the bond she eventually developed with Mr. Conor.

Captivating to the core, Limit wasn’t only beyond what I could’ve ever imagined, but it was also every bit the epic finale I wanted for the Rebel series and more. Molly McAdams certainly knows how to write the most spectacular and unputdownable of romantic suspenses, and give a girl some serious heart palpitations. And as bittersweet as it is seeing this series end, especially with how much I’ve come to love the Rebels, I’m already looking forward to the new one Molly has in store for us. My body is ready. My heart is pumped up. My mind is prepared to be blown all over again.

I have really enjoyed the Rebel Series, and this book blew me away! I couldn’t put it down – Conor, Sutton and Lexi (along with the rest of this group) owned me right from the start and I had to know what was going to happen! This book has everything, twisted turns, messed up characters, beauty, anger, love, it is the perfect romantic suspense!

Sutton lives a privileged life, she is expected to be the perfect wife and has always been taught that her place is beside her husband, to make him happy. Even if that means she is terrified of him behind closed doors. Conor’s job is to protect, and Sutton is his newest mission. She doesn’t trust him, she fights him and he’s not even sure why she needs help, but he will protect her and her daughter. As secrets are revealed and the truth comes out, Sutton and Conor find an undeniable connection together, even when things are at there worst.

There was so much I loved about this story, the complex characters, the deep storyline plus you add in an adorable 6 year old and the rest of the gang from this series and it just checks all the boxes. My heart broke for Sutton as she comes to terms with the life she’s lived and who her husband really is, and it also broke for Conor as he deals with how he really feels about what Sutton means to him. At times, this is a raw, gritty read and at others it’s sweet and amusing. And don’t forget the passion between Conor and Sutton, man these two are hot! I don’t want to spoil anything but I have to say that I think the way Molly McAdams brings is all together is just brilliant and a wonderful end to not just this book but this series. A must read for sure!

The last book in Molly McAdams’ Rebel series is the story I’ve been waiting for ever since being introduced to the hunky and protective Conor Kennedy. Conor exudes strength and security, and while he has his own demons to contend with, he makes it his life’s duty to ensure other people’s safety, even if some tend to make his job more difficult than it should be with their standoffish behavior and lack of trust, like his newest charge, Sutton Larson - a woman who challenges him at every turn but also one who needs him more than she’s willing to admit.

Despite how Sutton behaved and treated Conor at the beginning of the story, I always knew there was a reason for her confrontational and conflicted attitude, so I trusted in McAdams’ ability to unravel Sutton’s defenses and allow Sutton to see that Conor is in her corner and has her and her daughter’s back at all times.

I can’t say that I blame Sutton for being guarded, for refusing to allow Conor to see beneath her perfectly coiffed exterior, until she’s ready. No one around her truly knows what fears plague her nor do they realize just how terrified she’s been due to her tunnel vision when it comes to her husband. And the relationship Sutton had with him illustrates just how different people can be behind closed doors, which means that her hackles are up and the only person who matters is her daughter.

It’s clear fairly early on that there was no limit to what Conor would do to keep Sutton and Lexi safe, and that’s important to know since there didn’t seem to be a limit to the struggles they endured, to the challenges they faced, or to the danger that threatened them. But it’s also in those tenuous and fearful moments that Conor and Sutton find more than a common ground, meaning that what started out as a job of protection turned into a connection where there was no limit to the passion shared…to the ability to let each other in…to the time spent together, exploring one another’s bodies, minds, and souls, despite their expiration date,
because, in Conor’s mind, there’s no limit to what he’s willing to do to keep Sutton…to protect her…to cherish her because he refuses to lose her like he’s seemed to have lost so many others he’s cared about.

A secondary character who stole my heart was Sutton’s daughter, Lexi. I absolutely loved her; she may only be 6 years old, but she’s more perceptive than anyone realizes and she’s a calm within the chaos that surrounds Sutton due to her inability to see things clearly. The scenes that Lexi is in, especially those with Conor, warmed my heart and made me swoon for how sweet they were to each other, and I definitely agree that Conor is a perfect Prince Charming.

I adore romantic suspense stories and Conor and Sutton’s book is quite the adrenaline rush because as secrets are revealed and threats become more real, characters’ emotions become heightened and the responsibility of keeping two people safe - individuals who have come to mean everything to Conor - there’s not a price he wouldn’t pay to protect who he’s declared as his.

I thoroughly enjoyed this entire series, but I do have to say that Limit is my favorite. I loved how deep McAdams delved to help readers understand Conor and Sutton and the choices they’ve made, the blend of suspense, steam, and heartfelt moments that brought the characters closer together, and the sweet little girl who stole the hearts of all those around her simply because her innocence and her awestruck expressions made everyone’s days brighter, even when the drama that surrounded them threatened to consume them.

Have you ever read a book and just knew you were going to love it before you even began? Well, I knew that when I met Conor Kennedy in the last Rebel book, he was gonna own me, but I didn't know how much. This character and this book were by far my favorite in the whole series and I just can't express enough how much I loved it and how much Conor means to me. Well done Molly!

Limit by Molly McAdams will have you in complete emotional turmoil, but it's the best kind. I worried the whole book that one of my beloved characters would die and when you invest yourself so wholly in a book, you know it will break you when and if it happens. Limit is on the edge of your seat suspense, spine-tingling, and absolutely breathtaking. Oh, how this book was IT for me! Molly totally outdid herself and I can't believe I'm saying this, but Conor is right up there with Chase. So if you loved Mollys character from her other books, then you need to read Limit. Conor is brooding, affectionate, strength, love, and so much more rolled up into one man. Just magnificent.

In Limit, we finally get to meet Sutton. You are going to be blown away at all the secrets that ARCK discovers about her life. It's touching and heartbreaking everything she has to take in. When her and Conor meet, you can just feel the electricity and every time this bighearted, amazing man tells her he'll protect her and her daughter from the danger coming, you'll fall in love more and more. I give Limit by Molly McAdams 5 out of 5 POWERFULLY ADDICTING STARS!

Oh my tears! Oh my feels! Oh my WOW! LIMIT was everything I wanted and more! This book is the best of romance, mafia, and suspense woven with passion and pulse-pounding words. A movie that played in my head while reading. An all-consuming, all the feels romantic suspense. A stunning story of strength, salvation and soulmates. A heart-pounding romance roller coaster of danger and desire that left me breathless. Molly McAdams has outdone herself in the intertwined Redemption and Rebel series with heart-pounding plots and passionate words, so phenomenally written. PURE INTOXICATION.

I both cherished and hated the way my skin warmed with his touch. The way my body ached for more.

Limit is the tale of a fearless protector of a hero and the fierce but fallen heroine who battle demons and walk through hell to save each other. Limit shows the value of life and love, of family and friends who become family, the power of redemption, and the heart and soul that thread it all together. Limit is the last story in a stunning suspense of a series about a mafia family that was my family too, a family I will always love.

She could destroy me, and I would let her.

The hero, Conor, is beautiful, broody, bold and brave. A protective Prince Charming. An avenging angel. Oh god did I LOVE HIM so much! Sutton is the stunning and strong heroine Conor protects, but oh do they free one another. Broken sees broken, and Sutton and Connor are two kindred spirits fated together in the most messy but meaningful and magnificent of ways. Their love is a blissful blend of broken and beauty.

”Being mine means pulling you into a world darker than you were ever in and having your eyes open the entire time.”

Limit intrigued me from the first page as the story unraveled, chasing my heart and soul like a fierce fire where I fell to the flames, a firestorm of words that made me feel everything. By the time I finished just the prologue and the first chapter, I was in tears. Tears from words that wrapped themselves around my soul and characters who hold a permanent place in my heart.

”All storms die, so it was inevitable we would too.”

When you read a story that cuts through you like a knife, gripping you, gutting you, and rendering you raw, bare, breathless, and bleeding, you can't help but feel every word as if each were a slice to your heart and a song to your soul. My heart is still split wide open, aching for Limit, bared to this BOOK THAT BLEW ME AWAY! This roller coaster of a romance filled with suspense, thrills, and chills is one where I felt every high and low with my whole heart. I still feel Limit and this whole series surging through my soul and holding my heart. From Firefly to Limit, this series is one I’ll forever feel and always remember. So HEARTFELT and HAUNTINGLY BEAUTIFUL. So EVERYTHING!!!

”I won’t let you go.”

I've loved both The Rebel and The Redemption series knowing it's all over makes me sad. I would recommend reading Redemption series first as all the characters are interconnected.

We end on a high with Connor's story who for reasons I won't go into ( read the books) I've routed for. Sutton and her daughter come into his life as a job, people to protect but there is something about them that brings his protective side out.

This was romantic suspense written as it's finest. I loved the way the author drops little crumbs into the story that leads the reader to assumptions but are they right ?

Over the two series I can't pick one character over another. They are like the craziest scariest dysfunctional family you will ever meet but their oyalty for each other is unshakable. A fitting ending that neatly ties together all the loose threads from previous books.

Fabulous

A wonderful conclusion to the series .....

The final book focuses on Conor (..swoon..)
His job is to protect Sutton and lexi from the monster that is her husband, but she doesn't make things easy for him she's been brainwashed into believing things that are far from the truth. Sutton's world is turned upside down when secrets are uncovered and she's made to face the truth and none of this is helped when her feeling for Conor become something she can't deny anymore.
The book follows on from Einstein's harrowing ordeal at the hands of Zachary and follows the guys as they search for him to seek revenge ...can they trust Sutton or is this another one of his games????
Can Conor see past his love for Sutton to see the truth???

Amazing story that has you needing more
I've loved every book by Molly so far and this is just another big tick on the can do no wrong list !!!!!

I absolutely loved the Rebel series.

This book will have you on the edge of your seat and flipping the pages from beginning to the very end. Conor is quiet but intense. And Sutton is fearful and doesn't trust anyone.

How do you save a woman and her child when she doesn't trust you? How do you trust a man you don't know and has just turned your world upside down?

The gang is back together in the final installment of the Rebel series. And Conor is finding it difficult protecting Sutton and the ones he considers his family. He's struggling with where is loyalties should lie when he starts falling for the one woman he knows he shouldn't have feelings for.

Get ready for everything to come to a head. For all the secrets be revealed. And to find out if loyalty will be broken. This was definitely a great ending to this series.

This was my first book by this author and I was very excited because I love protecting stories. I just wish it went differently for me because in the beginning I was mostly confused and wondered if I would have needed to read the previous books to understand it.
The story was a bit jumpy in the first couple of chapters without much information so I had some trouble getting into it. A lot of things were explained later on, what with the jumps in time and switches of POV. I still didn’t like how confused I was though, but I was glad that everything was explained throughout the story.

However, although it started out good regardless of my confusion, the story just didn’t move along and seemed to be on a standstill for the majority of the time. It wasn’t a bad read but it was tedious because there was not much happening.

I also didn’t feel any connection between Conor and Sutton so I didn’t really understand how they suddenly jumped each other’s bones. Maybe it was because I didn’t get a read on Sutton’s feelings as she appeared to me as a cold and bitchy character. There was no bonding or any development of feelings between Sutton and Conor and I was surprised how they were even attracted to each other. Needless to say that this story was lacking romantic emotions for me.

I get that Sutton was confused because of how her world got turned upside down but I just didn’t like her or her behavior for most of the time. I couldn’t fault her for not trusting strangers, and considering how she was molded and lied to by her husband and even her own parents I know that she must have felt so lost. Still, she was snappy, insulting and irritating all the time which made it so hard to see where any connection between her and Connor might have formed. I just didn’t get it. And how could Conor even grow feelings when she was often so nasty towards him?! Was it only her appearance that attracted him?!

This one was very hard for me to rate because it had a lot of potential, the writing style was good once I got into it, and the story was nice although different to what I expected. But the thing that just bothered me was how dragging it felt and the not so likeable characters.

I have loved all of the books in the Redemption and Rebel series. I am so sad to see it all end. I LOVE these characters! I love their dysfunctional family dynamic and their loyalty to each other. Connor and Sutton’s book is fantastic! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, waiting for the ball to drop!
If you like romantic suspense, you can’t miss both of these great series!

Sad to say after reading Blackbird (Redemption 1), then I went straight onto this series, I was disappointed overall. A lot of things weren't flowing for me. I wasn't liking Sutton in Limit, things were getting dragged out, but I did like the overall theme of Limit. I still think I want to go back and read Firefly and Nightshade though.

Connor is a puppy. Sutton is ... Incomplete?
By incomplete I mean that there was something off with her character. I tried and tried to find something I admired in her, but I found myself at loss. There was always something missing. Compared to the previous characters (Einstein in particular) Sutton was just ... ordinary. I belive that Molly's original idea was to paint her as a strong woman. A survivor. Sutton was one but I couldn't help it but think she was just there.
I was looking forward to the finale of the series and I was happy that we got to read more about all characters. However, the whole story was a bit distorted and I think there are some more loose ends to be tied.
All in all, I did enjoy the story, I laughed, I shed a few tiers and I was on my toes a couple of times.

One of my favorite things about starting a new Molly McAdams book is knowing it’s going to elicit a physical reaction from me. Limit was no exception, by the time I was finished reading my jaw was sore from clenching it, from grinding my teeth in frustration from all the secrets, lies, half-truths, and downright manipulation going on in the book. Sutton and Conor’s love story wasn’t conventional, it wasn’t easy, but it was redemptive. I’m going to have a hard time saying goodbye to this world, but Limit was a fabulous send-off to two superb series.

Every time I thought I knew whose life was more heartbreaking between Sutton and Conor, another layer of horror they’d lived through was revealed. Despite all of the cruelty they’d been through, both Sutton and Conor were both exceedingly loving people. They protected the people more important to them fearlessly and ruthlessly, even when they knew they might be fighting a losing battle. They each needed that kind of selflessness in a partner, and watching them learn to trust and love one another was heartwarming.

I’m a sucker for little kids in books; they always reveal a vulnerability in even the most terrifying and closed off characters. Lexi was no exception. She served to give all the otherwise guarded adults a way to drop their walls, even momentarily. Her intuitiveness and ability to read people’s intentions was uncanny but somehow enforced her innocence and purity. I fell in love with her just as effortlessly as Conor did, and it was beautiful to see her trust him when she had every reason not to ever have faith in an adult male again in her life.

The suspense in Limit was intense. Even though we were seeing every side of the story, I was still on edge throughout the novel. Ms. McAdams was able to make each reveal, every flashback, all of the taunts build in a way that left me entirely unsettled and leery of everything. It seemed like evil was hiding around every corner, waiting for me to let my guard down to pounce. Molly McAdams knows precisely how to place her words and build her plots for maximum tension, and I live for her outstanding art.

While this is a standalone within a series, I really would strongly recommend that you read the Redemption series before starting The Rebel series. Everything is connected and this series can totally be read without reading the other series BUT you do want to read the books in the Rebel series before reading Limit. You will get a well-rounded story that transfers a bit from book to book. I promise, it’ll seriously enhance your reading pleasure!! Please tell me that all made sense?!?

Dun... dun... dunnnnn.... finally! We get the conclusion to the Rebel series with Limit. This entire series has felt like a whirlwind of action and heat! I’m not sure if it’s because Limit is the conclusion of this series or if the book was THAT awesome but Limit was the best of the three books! There are so many secrets and lies we don’t know which way is up or down! The lies have lies! Romantic suspense books are my serious favorite books!! Molly McAdams writes them oh so right!! She places all these strategic clues that make your mind plot and wonder and I could never quite tell if I’m right until McAdams unwinds her web.

Connor and Sutton both have their demons. Really they shouldn’t work but they are brilliant together once they get through.... their issues! Everything about this story screams intense and strong! I was in total aw of everything Molly McAdams put them through. They might have had horrible and cruel things happen to them, they never gave in. I loved the redemption, the strength. This is a powerful story!

I received an ARC of this book with the hope that I would leave an Unbiased Opinion. I was not required to leave a review, positive or otherwise, and my opinions are just that... my opinions.

🖤⭐️♥️OMG Y’all! WOW! I always know going into a Molly McAdams book, I’m getting a book that’s unable to be put down. It’s going to be a super sexy read, that will most definitely leave me with an epic book hangover. Or possibility heart that needs mending💔(which she will do in her next-book beautifully) This story, Sutton and Conor’s story was fantastic! For the entire book I couldn’t t wait to see what’s was about to go down next! The tragic-ness of both of their pasts was just gut wrenching. Her hubby, Zachary and her mother, UGH just disgusting! Double Ugh 😑 Then there was Conor’s past. 😭There were so many reasons they just shouldn’t be together, yet I needed them to be together. The tension between these two. Holy Hot Buttered Biscuits 🔥🥵This book had sadistic, and dark,“Let’s Play A Game”twisted, but Conor was loyal, protective, sweet tattooed, deliciousness. I loved little Lexi and her approach to how she judged a persons character. She was looking for “ that Prince Charming smile” Her Diggs! Oh my heart ♥️ We need a book about our Diggs. With Sutton and Conor, I was amazed at how two people who had endured such cruel upbringings could be so loving and loyal to those they loved. The struggles they deal with in trying to deny their feelings. As always, Molly’s flawless in her ability to convey those struggles to her readers. I felt everything! TBH, Molly has the ability to terrify me. When going into a suspenseful or edge of your seat part of this book, not gonna lie I was freakin’ a little bit. She can t gut you like no other, unexpectedly! I was like “what’s happening?!?!”. I loved every second. I may or may not have skipped sleep the last two nights to read this book😉This is a NEED to read for sure! Molly McAdams is a binge worthy author.
*I won an ARC of this book and also bought a copy. That’s how much I LOVED this book

Sutton is a woman with a young daughter, who is used to living her life in fear of her husband, now she’s thrown into a path that has her in a situation of not knowing who she can trust. LET’SPLAY A GAME....
Does she trust her husband, a man she already knows is cruel, vile and vicious, or can she trust Connor and his friends? Will they really be able to protect her and her daughter!
The plot of this book will have you clawing for answers, the suspense will have you on the edge of your seat, and the relationship that grows between Sutton and Connor will leave you in a puddle. Two people, who have never known real love or caring, have to navigate a twisted path of lies, deceit, destruction, and death, right along side dealing with their Unchartered journey into trusting, loving and emotions neither ever felt they would have. So much happens in this book, yet you never feel as though its rushed or crammed in and you can never predict what is going to come next.
I got so swept up by this book, I loved every little snippet of insight into these characters the author give and relished getting to know them, that they just felt like friends. I found myself often shouting at my kindle when i felt they were in danger !! I had to warn them right? I love when a book can do this to me, makes you feel part of the story and involved so much so that you feel their fear, you feel their emotions, you feel their determination and you know you are right there with them!! This is definitely in my Top Favs of this author, absolutely fantastic READ!!

Conor and Sutton were the perfect mix of messed up, strong, supportive, and independent. Sutton has been raised to be perfect and "to know her place". She is in an unhappy marriage, with no way out. When her best friend goes missing, her husband sets it up as a game when they go to find her. After weeks of being left alone with her daughter, someone shows up and she is on the defensive right away. As Conor works to get her to leave the hotel, she struggles to trust him.
Once away from where her husband has been keeping her, Conor starts explaining to her what he is there to do and why. He also tries to get her to be honest with him, but she has a hard time opening up all the way. Little by little, her walls start to come down, but she still keeps things close to the chest and doesn't tell him everything. When his friends/coworkers show up, bits and pieces get revealed to her (she is stunned to learn everything) and she opens up slowly.
Her daughter has a weird ability of sensing when bad things are going to happen. When she goes missing, Conor races to find her. The reason she left is heartbreaking, but not true. He realizes he is in deep with his feelings for Sutton and her daughter. Can he keep her safe while everyone else thinks she is the enemy? As they search for her husband, things go from bad to worse and one member of the team almost dies. He wants to trust her, but information comes to light that makes it hard. When Sutton goes missing it is a race against the clock/her husband to find her.
This book had it all and I didn't feel like I missed anything by not reading the first two books in the series. I received an ARC in exchange for the an honest, voluntary review.

Conor! Conor! Conor!
He's all grown up. I want to hug him, squeeze him, and protect him. If you don't, then you probably didn't meet him as a youngster (okay, not really but it feels that way) in The Redemption series. Now as a main character in The Rebel series it's hard not to remember all the good and the bad. I spent most of the book conflicted. I was trying to "arm chair" mother him. I tried to fight the insanely hot chemistry. I even tried to shake him because I'm paranoid and felt he wasn't paranoid enough. Like I said, I was conflicted.

This mess with Sutton started long before you open this book. If you are a newbie, you can still enjoy the story but there are so many references and feels that would be missing. I hate to be a nag but please, please, please...start with Blackbird in The Redemption series and work your way to Limit. I can't stress enough how awesome the storyline is. The complexities, the characters, the entire arc of the storyline. Just incredible! You fall in love 100 times, give or take a few, with amazing personalities, charming skill sets, and loyalty that would make anyone jealous.

Limit isn't just Conor's story. It's all of their stories coming together in an epic battle royale. Limit is everything you need to see happen between this family. It is everything you hope never happens. While simultaneously being everything you need to be able to leave them behind with a smile on your face and plans for a new fort in your mind.
Molly McAdams has given us home, a family, and a cause in these books. I have lived and loved in these pages. I hope that you feel it too.

Writing this is a little bittersweet because I am so freaking sad to see this extraordinarily captivating series come to an end, but Molly McAdams certainly did these characters justice and ends on a high note. I have been deeply invested with these characters since the very beginning and I was so excited to finally get Connor's story. His story will have you on the edge of your seat and it will almost be impossible to sit still as you become completely invested in every shocking moment. The twists and turns that the author throws our way will surely leave you breathless. This is romantic suspense at its finest and I absolutely adored the characters and storyline development.

Conor's task is to protect and the lovely Sutton is his newest target. My heart broke for this sweet soul because she has been through so much pain and her little girl, Lexi, captivated me. These incredible characters take readers on an unexpected journey that has a few bumps in the road, but those bumps help to shape their lives in a new way.

I am still speechless and I am at a loss for words right now so I think I will just leave you all for this for now...The Redemption and Rebel series by Molly McAdams is one of my all time favorites and I think if you haven't started it yet that you need to go all the back to the beginning because you will find yourself on one of the best journeys of all time. Please consider it and fall in love with these real and unconventional characters!

Oh my.... this series... I have gotten lost in each book as I have read it. The twists and turns the level of suspense and the need to figure out the puzzle has been overwhelming. I found myself up way past bed time reading Conor and Sutton's story. Falling in complete love with a little girl who judged smiles as her like and dislike of a person.

In true mob fashion Conor is not only big and strong, able to protect but he is loving and loyal to those who are his family. When he decides you are part of that family you are included 100%, he will go to no ends to make sure you are safe and sound. He was quick to realize that Sutton and Lexi were going to be more than a job to him.

Sutton was lost some where between a man who fed her lies and brainwashed her and a mom who just wanted the best things for her little girl. Slow to realize that the people of ARCK were not there to hurt her but help her and her little girl. As each lie was revealed, we got to see a little more of the real Sutton sneaking through the cracks.

Alexis could steel the hearts of even the biggest baddest guys around. She added a fun spunk to the story.

Will Conor cross the line with Sutton? Can Sutton live with the life of ARCK or will that be too much for her after all she has been through?

This book is worth all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Molly does something utterly magical with the end of this series. Sutton and Conor are complete opposites and get under each other’s skin and stick. Their personalities are combative and their chemistry dangerously explosive. She writes their characters with such depth and emotion I couldn’t help but fall hopelessly in love with them with each turn of the page. Trauma haunts Sutton like a dark cloud and it taints the way she sees the world. Conor is trying to ignore the pull from deep inside to keep their relationship professional. His task is clear to keep Sutton safe at all costs. With danger lurking around every corner and twists no one can see coming can they both survive with their hearts intact? All the pieces are melded together seamlessly and their emotional journey was absolutely beautifully written. She weaved a story that hooked me from the start. It unraveled in a way that had me begging for more. The pacing is great and it always kept me on my toes. I got so swept up in the characters anguish at some parts I had to pause and remember to breathe. She did an amazing job with this story everything felt so real and natural. Like it was a vivid memory I could feel. I found pieces of myself in these pages and I hope you do too!

Phew!!! I love it when molly writes darker stories!! Everything tied in perfectly to finish off this
beautiful series. From the Redemption series, I was hooked. And then she added a spin-off series, that made me fall in love with the Rebels. Anytime I finish a book from one of her series I say that I really love this couple. I said that after reading about Lily and Dare. And then changed my tune to Kieran and Jess. But then kept changing it. Now all of my love is focused on one, sole, brooding character. And that is Conor. Conor has always had his brother Beck by his side. They joined the Holloways together, and with Kieran the three of them were an unstoppable force. When Beck died, Conor’s whole world shifted in an instant. Not long after, when he started at ARCK he was transfixed by Einstein. Always believing that he was in love with her. And when Einstein was taken, he vowed to get her back, but knew that he’d never love be loved by her the way she loved Maverick. That is until he meets Sutton. I was confused for a bit by who Sutton was. Until I read the emails and then I had to jog my memory back to Lock, when I remembered who Sutton really was. From then on, her story was confusing, and tragic, and heart breaking, and frustrating. She was trapped in a life with a daughter that she had no way of protecting. Sutton wanted to get away from her husband, who kidnapped Einstein, but had no way out. Sutton and Conor butted heads like no other. Sutton was stubborn. Conor was protective. Sutton was high-maintenance. Conor travelled light. Speaking of light...Lexi was THE bright light through it all. As a little girl, she's already seen way too much. Kids are perceptive, so what adults don't see kids do. And this was the case with Lexie when she knew something bad was about to happen.

Sutton and Conor had beautiful, heart breaking conversations. If I wasn't in a public space then I'm 100% positive tears would have been flowing and I wouldn't have had to stop them with a tissue. I loved that they were both open to loving. But it broke my heart to think that they had a timeline (which they should have), because in any other situation their love would have thrived. Thank goodness for the rest of my mobsters. They helped put pieces together and pull information out of Sutton that was painful to read. And upon that, I even felt Conor's anguish during her "interrogation". This was an epic conclusion to a beautiful series. I will miss my rebels dearly, but Molly did them all justice. She gave them happiness. She gave them freedom.

The conclusion to the rebel series started out and ended with a bang. There was so much going on that I could not stop reading. I was on the edge. I couldn’t wait to see what was happening next.
It was heart racing and heart stopping at times, exciting, and thrilling. I felt so bad for Sutton, to be in this life that has been a lie the whole time and for that life having to suffer at the hands of this demonic person. The Tennessee Gentlemen were psychotic. She was so brainwashed that she could not even begin to realize that Conor and the team were there to help her. That was my only issue with her, not being forthcoming with everything that she knew. Lexi was a sweetheart as well. There is something to be said about a child’s intuition. I absolutely loved Conor. He was the protector. He just wanted to help Sutton and Lexi get safe. It was a beautiful sight watching him fall for Sutton and Lexi as well. His interactions with Lexi were adorable too. It was great being able to catch up with the whole gang from the Rebel series in this finale. I highly enjoyed and highly recommend this series. I hate to see it go.

5 On the Edge of my Seat Stars!!

Holy Moly!! I knew going into this book, as the conclusion to this series, it was going to be an intense read. But it's SO MUCH MORE intense than I was expecting. I literally could not put this book down. Sutton and Lexi's story is filled with so much horror and evil and Conor's is equally as harsh. These are two people that I think rescued each other!

With this book we get so many answers and all the action and everything comes full circle with ARCK, with the demons that have been plaguing Sutton for so long and the ability for this sweet and beautiful little girl to see beyond the surface is bone chilling!

The action is this book is on hyper-drive and I was having heart palpitations during some of the excruciatingly physical scenes. They're so dark and filled with anger that I just didn't know what to do with myself.

Ms. McAdams has delivered on all the promises she made in the first two books of this phenomenal series. I found myself gasping at some of the revelations, the details of stuff that was somewhat revealed in the previous books, but talk about coming to a climactic end!! Everyone gets everything they deserve and I may have actually done a little cheer at certain points!!

I'm in love with Sutton, Conor and Lexi and everything that is their lives now that they're together and finding the love that was denied them. It's definitely not a journey that anyone should have to live through. But Ms. McAdams has written the perfect ending to one of the most intense series I've read!!
