    I wish I could give this beyond a 5 star ranking. As for the music, there's nothing to complain about. It is all perfect. The surprises are what make this album so surreal.

    When it first arrived, I thought there was some mistake. It looked way too big in the package. But when I got it out, I saw why. It comes not in the shape of a normal CD, but in a big hardcover book! I think there is about a 40-page layout of Kreator photos live worldwide. And it comes with a demo CD for "Phantom Antichrist." It is only a demo album, so there isn't much to expect, but it is cool.

    But what really pushes this product over the edge is the video. It comes with a DVD and a Blu Ray (both of the same footage). Watching this concert is amazing. The way that the band commands the stage and the crowd is breathtaking. And when you are driving around listening to the CDs, it is the same music that is on the video, so you can easily imagine it.

    And, on the back of the booklet, there is a picture of Mille flipping you off in front of some adult store. Just when you think he mellowed out, there's that--ha!

    kreator, i have been into this german thrash metal band since i was a teen back in the good 'ol 1980's. i started off with coma of souls, which blew me away. every song on this album is great. please keep in mind, for those whom cannot/do not understand german, milla petroza sings in english but speaks to his fans in his native german, well, this is a german show and live album companion for their phantom antichrist album, which i also own a copy of the deluxe digipak alternate cover-art edition.

    i very much advise those whom love this band to buy it now, before you lose out! why? this is another band whom never went mainstream, stuck to their principles for good or ill of their success, unlike other american bands i won't mention.

    overall, kreator still rules!!!

    If you ever want to get into Kreator, Dying Alive is were you should start. Featuring some amazing classics like "People Of The Lie" "Voices Of The Dead" and "Enemy Of God" The only urk with this is that the live DVD doesn't have too much extras. But, that really doesn't matter; you buy a live album for the music, not the extras.

    The sound levels on all the instruments are perfect, you can hear every drum fill, every bass note and every guitar lick. Definitely one of the best live albums I have ever bought.

    Absolutely Amazing! Kreator is my second favorite band in the world after Megadeth and my favorite band out of Germany.
    The CD/DVD were outstanding and the performance was much like the one they did when I saw them live on their last night in the US (which happened to be in my area) It was also THE best show I had ever seen and will never forget it. This set shall remain a milestone of a happy moment in my life!

    This live cd is totally enjoyable for everyone that has never had the opportunity to be at a Kreator concert. After listening to Dying Alive, one should ask why Kreator wasn't apart of the "Big 4" or at least a "Big 5". This is true thrash for all to enjoy!

    小生、今年で四十路を迎える。だが…夢見る中年というか…悪く言えば俗にいう、厨二病と言うやつらしいが、それは全くくだらない批評家の創り出した言い訳に過ぎぬ、音楽は楽しめれば音楽ではない。因みに、スラッシュ意外にデスメタル、ハードコア、グラインドコア…まあその他、諸々。ノスタルジーであるが、80年代スラッシュと言えば、なんと思い浮かべるか、メタリカ、スレイヤー、アンスラックス、メガデス…しかし、クリエイターはジャーマンスラッシュ三羽烏の一羽。スラッシュメタルムーブメントでは、ミレのヒステリックで、エキセントリックなヴォーカルが、格好よかった…しかし、未だにそれを継続しているのも、スラッシュメタルを死ぬまでやる覚悟があるのだろうと、いうか、プライドが突き動かしていると思う。小生としては、三羽烏では、ソドムが一番好きで、首がへし折られるくらいの、ヘドバンができたものだが…四十路ともなると、酷だ…。月並みに言えば一種のカンフル剤と言える。一度、思春期にこういう、音楽に出会うと、俗に言う墓場まで持っていきたい一枚と表現があるが、それに値するベストアルバムだと思う。早速レビューといきたいが、大半が速い曲、ストレスを発散させるのには充分。嘗てリニューアルという駄作を発表して批評家に難癖付けられたりもしたが、ここでは、スラッシャーとしては、互いに切磋琢磨できる、スラッシュメタルのライブアルバムでも、言い切ってしまうが手前味噌だが、ベストオブベスト！彼等に、血気奮闘してもらい、スラッシュリヴァイヴァルの80年代の、ヘッドバンガー、モッシュ、ダイブを甦らせて欲しいと切に願う。個人的には、デストラクションはあまり好きではないが…(シュミーアの声が裏返ったりするから。)長くなったが、それこそスラッシュをクリエイトしてきたのだから…。今後も臥竜、鳳雛の様なバンドが現れるのを期待しているが…。それ共…終末を迎えてしまったのか…。スラッシュメタルは、いや、kreatorも好きだが永劫回帰、歴史は繰り返す…。きっと、またスラッシュメタルムーブメントは起こるだろう…ビールでも飲んで、このアルバムに舌鼓をうちたいと思うが…。俺にとっては生き甲斐、コミュニティの一つだ。追伸、kreatorよ、死ぬまで演ってくれ…。以上…。
