    I loved this story. This SEAL is just too yummy for words. OMG hold on to your hat, he is HOT. The heroine is somewhat of an unfocused young woman. She is touring Europe with a backpack and a guide book. She is trying to find herself and her place in life. While in a small English town, tending bar, she meets a young man that she has instant chemistry with. He only has the one night but they know there is a connection of a lifetime.

    He has to report back to his unit so she agrees to email him. They get to know each other through the internet. This is the heart of the book and it is GREAT. You can almost fall in love with them. It is a great story, very entertaining. There is a little adventure as he has to return to his unit and go on a mission. The description of what a military wife goes through was spot on. I definitely recommend this story. Great read.

    Fall Deep is another of my favorites in the series. Yes, things happen quickly, but Zoe York manages to pack a lot of action, romance and emotions into this story. Piper is so cute and I love how Miles refers to her as small enough to put in his pocket. Miles...ahhh love him. All tough, strong, brave, alpha male on the outside, but soft, sweet and mushy on the inside when he meets Piper. The ending of this one was sweet. I just didn't want it to end yet. :) Great story and yes, you can read this as a stand alone, but it is fun to see the guys/women from the past books also mentioned in each continuing book.

    The series continues as we get a peek at Miles and Piper.
    Miles is on leave visiting his Aunt in England where he meets Piper who is working for a friend at their family pub. Piper has left San Diego and her family behind to travel Europe and try and figure out what she wants to do with her life, or life in general. She meets Miles when he comes in with his Aunt, he stays until closing and the two take a walk. Miles is leaving to head back to his team the next day. These two are totally enamored with each other. Miles holds back though, no sex yet and he's even evasive about what he does until she finally guesses he's a soldier. He doesn't even tell her he's a SEAL. The book flips back and forth between Miles and his team and Piper now babysitting his Aunts place while she's off on a trip and then she leaves for Paris. Meanwhile the two have established communication. First e mail, then she gets a phone. Miles still hasn't told her he's stationed in Coronado and after being warned off by one of his teammates he tells her. She's of course happy as a pea.
    There is of course some action here, Miles making a trip to the hospital in Germany and Piper rushing to be with him, not knowing what will happen. And also knowing when he's cleared for duty, he is going back to his team. Piper is a little upset at first, but she seems to take things in stride.
    It won't be long before Miles tour is over and he's back in Cali so she cuts her trip short and heads home.
    That said, you have to read the book to see what happens when these two end up in Coronado together.
    I loved this book, as I did all of them. They are all well worth the read.

    I've really enjoyed all of Zoe's Navy SEALs stories and this one was just as delightful and lovely as the rest. Piper has an obligation to herself - to take this trip across Europe and do all the things she's dreamt of. I really liked her sweet and steady character. Miles of course is your typical alpha male, though he definitely has a tender side too. The two of them together share some steamy scenes and it's no wonder that neither is able to let the other go so easily when they must face reality, and Miles must go back to his dangerous but fulfilling job. Their long distance relationship develops slowly but surely and the anticipation of their reunion is just as exciting for the reader as for the couple in question. There is a wonderfully sweet ending to this tale and the whole story was entertaining, humorous and a delight to read. 5 stars.

    Great read but it felt rushed during sections. I don't normally pick up in the middle of the series but I started this one and didn't realize it was number four until I was a little less than halfway through. It was alright though as it doesn't seem to be one of those you need to read the books in order to get the whole story. It's a darling storyline with great promise that I so wished it would fufill. It just seemed as if the author was trying to stuff it into a box that was just the tiniest bit smaller than it needed to be. But either way it makes me almost consider looking into getting the rest of the series!

    Piper has saved for this year long trip in Europe she's finally having. Her parents want her to start a career, but she has drifted from job to job, with no idea what she wants to do. Staying in different cities for a month at a time, while getting to know the locals, is her goal. She's just gotten into town on her first stop, when she sees a sign being placed in the window of the local pub. What better way to meet the people from town, and even the handsome young American nephew of one. He waits two hours after his aunt heads home so he can walk her back to the hostel. The chemistry between them is undeniable until he announces he's leaving the next day, and there's no way of changing his flight. He has to leave for work. What could have been the end of any hope of getting to know each other changes the next day when she sees him waving goodbye to his aunt as she heads out. She needs to tell him goodbye, can't let him go without it; she might not be able to let go even if she has to say goodbye for now. A great story of love and acceptance. I highly recommend it.

Wird Zeit das da mal einer ein gutes Buch schreibt...... Die Autorin bekommt sicher bald einen Schleimerei-Preis von der US-Army ausgehändigt.....
